i have sata hard drive and abit ai7 board
i would like to know there are pci/agp frequency in the bios showing 66/33mhz
do i need increase the pci frequency to 100mhz cos i heard sata operate at 100mhz 66/100

DO NOT INCREESE IT TO 100 anyone who told you that is a fool your system will not be stable and will probably not post lock it 1mhz above stock.
