"MCI" something is running...

When I shut down my computer, it pauses and shows me the attached image. I can't figure out what this is, and I don't see anything it could be in the task manager when running. Any ideas on what this is?

I can't really tell you what that is from the screen shot. If you want to post a hijackthis log we might be able to figure it out.
