PC2 crashed earlier, on restarting the siren was going off. After opening it up I found the fan not going. I gave it a flick and it's ran ever since. There are two screws that look like they hold it on, can I take it off to clean\luricate it or should I just replace it? If replace where would I get one?

replace it. you can get aftermarket chipset coolers from many companies.
