Office Outlook Startup problem

Every time I start Microsoft Office Outlook, I get the following message:

The add-in "C:\PROGRA~1\Hotbar\bin\448~1.0\SBOLExt.dll" could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu.

Well, Detect and Repair did not fix the problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?

hotbar X_X spyware !
run ad-aware should get the reg enterys for it out and stop outlook for trying to load it.
