flashing task bar at print

I have a really annoying problem, whenever I click on File menu Print the print dialogue box doesnt open instead the title bar and task start flashing, if I double click the bar the box will then open and I can print as usual. Using right click I dont have the problem, can anyone tell me what is going on here.
