exchange OWA error in IE

all of a sudden today im recieving an error when i try to view my messages in IE with OWA access on my exchange 2003 server. it works fine in basic mode in firefox and IE.

heres the error info IE gives me...

the OS on the server is win 2003 sp1 by the way. i have seen this posted on several other forums, but the question is never really answered. and yes, activeX is enabled for the site in IE. i have made no changes to any systems.

Well its working in firefox why not just use that ?.

the basic mode that you have to access in firefox is very limited in features. the activeX version that IE can take advantage of is almost exactly like MS Outlook. also, something is broke. i want it to be not broke. im fussy about my servers working exactly like they are supposed to.
