I have a question for banning some program @ my computer(till i login in to user).

How can i ban the program like watchdog etc... @ start up my computer???
You know that watchdog will ban all the window account @ start up, i want only ban my window account's watch dog, but other window account don't???

How can i do it?? please ans asap thx!

mmm... not 100% sure about what your asking here but i think that when you install a program windows will ask you if you want it to be accessable from all accounts, you would then select no and it should only be openable from the account it was installed on.
