Ebayers: Feature PLus! $19.95 Mandatory?

Its been awhile since I listed and as I got to the end I am asked to do this feature PLus! thing for 19.59 that makes your item at the top of the list. It wont let me list unless I do it i think. It says Listing denied. I dont want to do this!

does anyone know how to not use it?

It shouldn't be doing that; listing plus! is definitly optional. You might have hit a server burp, try listing it again, and if it still doesn't work, go through the rest of the options and make sure that they are correct. There are some things that newer users or users without much feedback cannot do (like dutch acutions and such)

Beyond that, you'll need to contact Ebay support.

yeah he's totally right. I'm an experienced ebayer, and nothing like that has ever happened to me.
