Download help

Good Morning,

My computer is infected and I need help. REALLY BAD. My desktop has turned in to an advertisement for antivirus-gold. aaggghh. I am trying to follow the instructions you have given before asking for help, but I can't seem to download the CWShredder, Spybot Search and Destroy, or AdAware. Your site is saying I am denied because I am not registered, but I am registered and signed in. What do I do :scratch:

You do not need to be registered to downlod files from Short-Media.

First, click here: http://www.short-media.com/download.php?dc=69

Then click the Download button beside the item(s) you want. It will take you to a new page which will display a randomly generated code (for security purposes.)

Enter the code you see. If you enter it correctly, you will be taken to a page with the Cownload link. click the link to download the file.

If you entered the code incorrectly, it will give you another code to enter and try again.

If you have trouble with any of these steps, let us know. You can also just google the name of any of those files and download them from alternate websites.
