Just wanted to drop you guys a line and tell you that I utilized the HSA removal tool. It deleted a lot of stuff, didn't break anything (that I know of yet), but didn't solve the problem either. HSA is still on my computer. On to plan J or K, or wherever I'm at, lost count!!!
