any way to run full screen games, windowed?

i want to play red alert 2 (yes its old but i like it) but it irritates me that i have to play it in full screen. i like to play games while im on net so i like to be able to pause if i see that i have recieved a message in msn or something

is there any way to run it windowed?

Well I play World of Warcraft and there is an option under "interface" to change the game to windowed. I myself have never played red alert 2 so I cant say for that particular game. Your best bet is just to explore the setttings.

Have you tried pressing ALT+ENTER.

Thats the only way I know and It should half the game screen. Also, check somewhere in the option menu.

1. Find the shortcut for the computer game you want to play in windowed mode instead of full screen.

2. Right click on the shortcut, select Properties.

3. In the Target field add: -window at the end.

4. Click OK.
