Heres a new one to me,
new computer, new install of XP SP2. when i share things on my network then try to access them remotely its asks for a user name and password, of which its never done and i dont use names and passwords on any of my machines, the other machines in my network and see each other and the file/share premisions are very not strict, its not even getting to the shares though, it asks for a user name and password before it will show the shares on the machine, is there a service running or somethimg?
oh yea i got that crappy XP firewqall disabled
