my pc's all leds won't turning off

when i turn my computer turn off, it become off but my mouse leds, motherboard led and lan led won't turned off. Can someone help me how can i turn my whole computer shut down or get rid of this problem. this is the only problem i have. besides that my whole computer is runniing like unicorn.

i have 1800 amd athlon
asus k8v-mx motherboard
1gig ram 2700u
builtin ethernet 100mbps

They're not supposed to turn off. Unplug the computer and network cable if you want everything to turn off.
