The shooting at the Home Depot parking lot in Falls Church, VA happened about a mile from where my parents live. My dad shops there all the time.
I'm inclined to agree, though part of me says that life in prison without parole might prove to be more of a punishment in the long run. OTOH, if ever someone deserved the death penalty it is this guy... :shakehead

He needs justice on our terms, not his. I say, knock him out, restrain him, and feed him by IV :D

should be. murderers and people of that caliber should be put to death the same way their victim(s) died.
The terrorists (still alive) that are responsible for the 9/11 attacks should be soaked in airplane fuel, lit on fire, and burned to death. Others should perish inside a building while it crumbles down to the ground. They need to experience what their victims did.

To me I don't give a **** how they kill him or how he dies, but it has been since 2002 I mean come the **** on, that is ****ing pathetic. I mean think of all the goddamn money taxpayers have spent to keep this piece of **** alive this long.
Sorry for the semi-rant, but this really got to me hard.

State's Attorney Douglas F. Gansler has said that prosecution of the two men in Montgomery is necessary as an "insurance policy," in case they are freed on appeal elsewhere.Sounds like a good idea to me... I don't want these people going free. Sure, it uses tax dollars, but that's an issue for the good people of Maryland to worry about.
I did extensive research on the cost differences between "Life in Prison" and "Death Sentence" and it was often more expensive due to court fee's for the death penalty... As for the time difference... Death Penalty is often 10 to 15 years from the trial... all the appeals, the stays, the waiting in line.... WAY to long to wait. I figure, Forget trial, Drug them, ask them and if they are guilty, one year to appeal and that's it.... but the way things are done now, too many chances to screw up the evidence and the trial...
