Going to a football game tomorrow

My wife got a pair of tickets to see the Cowboys play at home against Houston tomorrow for extreme performance at work. This should be fun.

Well we went and it was a good time but I don't think I will be going again any time soon. It had been forever since I had been to any kind of sporting event and forgot a lot. Neither one of us is really into any of it at all anyway but we thought it would be nice to do something different. We would have got off a lot cheaper if we could have bought the tickets and let someone else buy all the rest. I mean $6.50 for a beer, the same for a burger that was made last week, $3.50 for a soda or 16 oz bottle of water and everything else was out of my price range. All in all I spent $140.00 for beer, burgers, a soft pretzel for the ro of us and a t-shirt for a souvinier. I'm ready for good old roller derby or a demolition derby.


Oh yeah, the Cowboys beat the Texans 21-9.
