Change console settings?

I've got two console clients running on a HT P4 at work. How can I change one to work on big WUs?

make a shortcut to the fah502-console.exe, right click, click on properties, go to the tab for shortcut and you should see "C:\Program Files\folding\FAH502-Console.exe" or where ever you have yours and then add a -config outside the ". Click that and it will bring up the config console, only change what you need, then exit.
