Need help getting started...noob

I have just finished building my system, (first timer)

I have it on at the BIOS. Do I want to upgrade BIOS now?
If so, how do I do this?

Do I install the OS before setting up RAID?

I will start with those and move on after I get some replies...Thanks in advance.

Now would be the best time to get the latest BIOS.

If you go to the motherboard manufactures webpage they will have the files you will need to upgrade your BIOS.
