Did anybody notice HL:Blue Shift show up on steam?

I thought valve didn't own the rights to this game or something? To my delight and surprise, when I fired up the steam client today, HL Blue Shift was on the list of available games. W00t!

The high-def pack is available on Steam now, too.

Yup they bought the rights from gearbox then converted it from the hl 0.89 beta engine to 1.6x :).

It's like they just keep throwing free games at HL2 silver and gold owners :D

And we'll be getting Day of Defeat: Source sometime this month, too.
