NFSU II Need help. no sponors coming

I stopped playing nfsu2 for a lil then went back to try it but i remembered I couldnt get a sponor. I did every race shown on the map and some hidden ones to, the oens I found. But I cant get a sponor. Could anyone give me tips?

You need to get some stars. Install cosmetic stuff like paint, exhaust tips, decals, etc.
