I got my hands on a 3.2EE confidential cpu....is it worth Overclocking of should I just keep it at its normal speed?

If you have a decent hsf for it, then go for the gusto and see what it will do. There are a few different kinds of engineering sample procs too. Some are manufactured for the oem's to qualify and test motherboards out with and are downwardly unlocked and others are almost totally unlocked, with maybe just a max settable multi limitation.

Or, you could lend it to me. I'd happily test it in my No. 1 or 2 boxes! :D

Sure, why not. Give it a shot at overclocking. Just ensure your cooling is good so that you don't damage it. Usually though, the higher end the processor (AMD or Intel) the less headroom their is for overclocking.
