need help: how to get rid of that crap, spyware or malware...

my iexplorer don't run. when i click in the icon to open the aplication it crash and return an windows error. i cant also run my msn messenger, it crash as well. sometimes the antivirus, kaspersky pro 5, detects trojan and worms, the last time it was iefx.exe, but there are more. now i cant remember.
I have run the spybot and ad-aware pe, they detect some malware and spyware, like coolwebsearch and "possible browser hijacking atempt".
I clean up the system, ad-aware and spy bot said that its ok, but the next time i run iexplore it comes again and again. How to get rid from that crap?

You will need to print these instructions for your reference as most of this Removal process must be done in safe mode where you will not have access to the internet.

1. Download CWShredder (http://www.majorgeeks.com/CWShredder_Last_Merijn_Version_d4086.html). Save it to your desktop and extract the files to your desktop.
Exit CWShredder for now.

2. Download aboutbuster (http://www.majorgeeks.com/AboutBuster_d4289.html). Save it to your desktop and extract the files to your desktop.
Exit aboutbuster for now.

3. Download Ad-Aware SE 1.06 (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Ad-Aware_SE_Personal_d506.html) . Save the setup file to your desktop. Run the setup file and place a shortcut on your desktop. Open Ad-Aware and click check for updates>click connect. Click download updates if updates are available.

4. Make all hidden files viewable (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/helpandsupport/learnmore/tips/hiddenfiles.mspx) .

5. Boot up into safe mode. To enter safe mode> reboot> tap the f8 button at the start up screen>select safe mode from the menu.

6. Run Hijack this and place a checkmark next to the following entries. Click “Fix Checked”:

7. Run CWShredder which you downloaded in step 1. Click the “Fix” button.

8. Now delete these files or directories if they exist:

11. Reboot and post a new Hijack This log with the results of the aboutbuster scan.
