Download the trial version of ewido security suite. Save the setup file to a convenient location. Run the setup file for ewido and then open it when setup is complete. Update ewido with the latest signatures. Run ewido and remove all infected objects.

Post a new log when finished.

I used to have the same problem. I got the home page thing fixed. Now I am having problems with the browser. When I enter a search topic in the text box and click search, it deactivates the back button. If I go to the next page with search results and click on the link, it takes me to another search engine with the back button still deactivated. Also I have to double click the IE icon twice to open it. Here is my ewido log and hijack this.
