I tried using the removal guide for HSA but im still getting popups

hey i used the removal guide but im sitll getting pop ups and spy bot keeps picking up hijacks... here my HJT report when my computer is running normally...not in safe mode...

well at first it was HSA... i was getting the "only the best windows" anyways... i used the guide and i deleted the files u told me too and now spy bot is catching it whenever it tries to change the registry... so right now i have no problems but the prollem is still there only because spybot wont let it change my registry anymore... every time i load IE i get 6 or 7 spybot windows telling me its denying attempts at changeing the registry... i also get a window about poprotecting my computer once and a while even when im not on internet explorer
ill be playing a game and it would pop up interrupting my game... this still happens up to now... spy bot doesnt block that... i have a feeling that if i disable spybot that all that crap will change my registry again...

It sounds like something is running in the background. Have you run a full anti-virus scan of your PC?

I can certainly assist during Dexter's first few steps in identifying your troublesome HJT entries.. I believe these are the HJT entries that need to be removed in Step 1 of his guide.
