I have a question that may be a dumb one but I can't find any info on it anywhere... on the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum Socket 939 motherboard, is it compatible with both ATI and nVidia video cards or just nVidia (since it is built on an nvidia chipset)? Thank you in advance for any help you can offer :)

It's compatible with any card. The SLI boards are GPU-specifc.

Even then the SLI board can run two ATI cards, it just that you cant combine their processing power like you can with the Nvidia SLI solution. With 2 ATI cards you can just power multiple (2-4) monitors depending on the cards used.

Good point. I should have clarified that the bridging ability is GPU-specific.
