I think we all need to post what sounds good for lunch....

A nice 48oz T-Bone, with Garlic Potatoes, with some nice deep fried Zucchini, with some good Golden Corn and a tall Beer no make that 2 Tall beers!

,,,, oh & a nice slice of chocolate cake to top it off.

Yum! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What sounds good to me is pizza for lunch with some nice angel hair with marinara (cold) for dessert. Though the garlic potatoes, zucchini, and beer sounds really good too.

I'm 5'9" - 225, I workout like a horse, and eat 6 meals daily, I couldn't eat a 2 lb steak, never mind a 3 lb! :wtf: I can't eat huge meals like that in one sitting. I'd rather graze all day, rather than fill up in one big meal.

BTW - Its 10:00am local as I post this, and I've already eaten twice today....

I didn't ask for your daily workout routine :) I asked what sounds good for Lunch!

okay 48oz is a bit big, lets go to a small man 16oz steak :)

So you know I'm 6'5 258 lbs I need big meals :) 2 times a day....

A 20oz steak from the Golden Ox in Kansas City, some of my moms mashed potatos, corn, my bros baked beans and a huge glass of whole milk.

I ate some leftover chicken and sausage gumbo for lunch today. It was the perfect meal for this nice, cool weather that blew in. :D
