7N400 Pro 2 rev 2 FK bios with 3512, and ITE bios upgrades

Hi Guys

Is there a modded bios for the gigabyte 7N400 Pro 2 rev 2 FK bios that has the new silicon image 3512 bios, and ITE Gigariad bios upgrades allready in it.

i am getting errors in large file tranfers going from sata raid, to the ITE drives.

also I just purchased a pair of Gskill pc 3200 cas 2.3.2.6 1 gig sticks,
and they seem to error out no matter what timing I use, any advice.
