I hade to resently do a restore using Retrospect and now I cannot access the Catalyst Control Center.
I am the Administrator and Creator/Owner of all files on this computer.
I have tried giving myself full ownership of the files/folders/ and registry entries. I have succeeded in doing so. I have follwed ATI's instructions of doing a repair install and still no results.
you do not have permission to change catalyst control center settings
