Office XP SP2 reg tweak for allowing file attachments?

Anyone know where to find this thing? Office SP2 kills the ability for many types of file attachments to be opened, however because of the VLOOKUP error with Excel that SP3 fixes, I'm going to have to DL it for a workstation machine. We dont run an exchange server, so theres no way for us to turn off the attachment blocker except for using the reg tweak. Has anyone else used this tweak and if so can you point me in the dir to DL it? 2 hours of googling is making my eyes bleed.
