No Free Xbox 360 for Ballmer

The Register (http://www.theregister.com/2005/12/08/no_free_xbox/) is reporting that Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer stated that he has to wait to buy an Xbox 360 just like everyone else.

Evidently due to restrictions set by the Sarbanes-Oxley act, Microsoft management will not be receiving any free Xbox 360s.

"The Ballmer children do not have their Xbox 360 yet. I'm in the same boat as many of you. Thanks to the wonders of Sarbanes-Oxley, management does not get a free Xbox 360."

I must say for a "banned" advert it is getting a lot of "screen time" perhaps it's just viral marketing and was always intended as such ?
