No Signal

I just installed the Evercool WC-202 water cooling system on my system and for some reason there is no signal coming from my video card. Im running an ati 9600xt, on a anthon 64 3500+, with a abit av8 motherboard.
Also the system was making some wierd beeps upon first startup. I plugged a fan into the port where the old cpu heatsink and fan was plugged in and the beeps stopped.
Any help would be great, prolly gonna test a different video card tonight but it just seems weird that there is no input comming from the card.

i had this problem too and i traced it back to a cheap power supply. just a thought.

i've got a 450w power supply, havn't tried a new vid card but low power sounds like that could be the answer
