I recently went into Control Panel to change my screensaver and the tabs on my Display window are gone ... anyone know a "fix" for this ???? :scratch:

My card is a Radeon 7000 and the drivers are from ATI ... version 6.14.10.6553 which I believe I updated about 6 months ago. This what you're looking for ???? Like I said ... recent problem with the Display tabs ... within the last couple days.

Just off the top of my head you could uninstall the current drivers and reloadsomething more current. When you go to the ati website to get the drivers you should see the uninstaller there. After you uninstall you will reboot and then install fresh drivers. You can either use the latest from ati or windowsupdate should have something more specific for your card.

Went to ATI's site and downloaded the "uninstaller and driver" package ... tried running it and I got a slew of errors. Bad download I'm guessing :scratch: so I guess I'll try it once more and then maybe opt for a system restore and see if that fixes it.

You could try it in Safe Mode and see if that makes a difference. :)
