Those pics are from Lake Geneva in Switzerland according to snopes. Also, there are a lot more if you do a google search.

Regardless, that's pretty awesome!!

I have seen those, and I thought they were in Switzerland.


But yea that is hilarious. It looks more like water from the lake splashed up onto the street and froze.

Still hilarious tho!
