Graphics giant Nvidia, the worldwide leader in programmable graphics processor technologies, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ULi Electronics one of the PC industry’s most highly-regarded core logic developers.
The CEO, Alex Kuo, will join Nvidia as the senior executive of its chipset business in Asia. Nvidia said it will carry on selling existing products for the time being.
