virtual memory too low...?

Every day my computer tells me that the virtual memory is too low and windows is increasing the size of it's paging file. My computer is very slow also. What should I do?

For the speed problem buy more ram.

This error comes up once windows runs out of both ram and swap so it increeses the swap size and gives you this error.

or he could kill off some of the multidude of progarms he probably has starting at boot up.

And defrag and make a bigger paging file also.

How much memory do u have installed in your computer?

Run a disk cleanup and scan disk, defragment the drive regularly it will help improve the speed. Also disable unnecessary items from loading at boot.
Also run updated scans for spyware/viruses.
