ive reinstalled, reconfiged and it keeps giving me this

did you try download another copy of it, or if u have it on CD, maye whe u install the software, the files on the cd got messed up??

i tired 2 versions. the newer version pops that windows up about 15 time in about .5seconds and closes the app
