Thats right MS has made it open to the public. Worth a look...

It will not however replace Firefox in my opinion.

I dont like the interface, its hella hard to work with but it does seem to do a fairly speedy job of loading web pages...

Edit: It doesn't work in SP1... thats GHEY!! SP2 will not work on my computer - it never reboots back into Windows after the SP2 install. It started happening when I upgraded my mobo and CPU. :thumbsdow
