Dont have much time, but I left my flashdrive in my jeans, and my mom decided to do laundry...

I find it when im throwing them in the laundry. It was still in one piece, and I guess sony did a good job makign it, cause there wasnt any water inside the thing that i could see, (not even a drop or condensation), the body is halfway translucent. So i guess its molded/sealed pretty good, but i let it set out all day and air dry to be safe.

just now pluged it in and it worked. I thought I had lost everyhting. but yeh, I was surprised the inside didnt get wet. it looked dry as a whistle from what i could see. now its nice and clean.:vimp:

I washed my iPod shuffle and it worked fine with no data loss either :)

Yup, flash drives can stand up to a lot of abuse. I've had a little 128MB USB1 drive for several years - the paint has worn off and the swiveling cap is busted, but it still gives me my data as trusty as can be.

I've washed Sandisk 1 Gig 3 or 4 times in the last year......

...I just put it out in the AZ sun for a hour or two (usually on the dash of my car) before I plug it in. Never lost a thing....:respect:

...think I'm pushing my luck though.... gonna get :Pwned: soon.....

I put a Kingston Flash drive through the wash too. It still works perfectly.
