Well today's the day, I've finally decided I'm throwing away far too much money on giving myself cancer so it's time to quit. I know I can do it, I've managed to quit for over a year before now but then started again so hopefully this time I'll manage to keep at it. Anyway, here's to going cold turkey :D

good luck, and dont give up.................. ever. My grandpa has ephesema, lung cancer, less then a half of a lung, and asthma. and he has to get a lung transplant soon or he will die. just thought id add that, so dont give up man.
