Someone stole our delivery truck at work ( pics inside )

Today when I went into work, ( my last two days before my new job :thumbsup: ) at lowes, we found out that someone stole one of our box truck delivery trucks last night and set it on fire at about 7 minutes from my house. Me and my best friend went today to check it out and took some pics, he is the one that is coming with me to the s-m lan also.

Here is the pics we took, and also the truck was found on Jeremy st, which is my name, kind of weird eh?

As far as the cops. Like 3 minutes after me and Allen arrived on the scene, 3 cops pulled up wanting to know what we were doing there, we told them that we worked for Lowes and we showed them some id. They said they found out who did it and were working on getting the appliances back that were in the back. After that they took pics of us against the truck and all, it was pretty cool. They didnt mind.

I do live in a little country place, but it is nice.

how was the fire started? hilarious that they burn it to get rid of evidence but got caught so fast.

Actually it wasn't a lowes employee that we know of. The detectives that got there after we did, told us they lived near by, the only reason they caught them, was because at 1 yesterdy morning they pulled into a trailer park they lived in and unloaded the appliances, then went down to this road and set it on fire. A guy woke up a 5:00 and saw it on fire and called it in. the lady who ownes the trailer park saw who did it and reported them.

The sad part is, who would ride into a trailer park at 1:00 in the morning with a big white lowes truck that makes sooo much noise, and especially when you back up it makes that annoying "beep beep" sound, haha some people are so stupid.

Sounds like a comb o of stupid crooks and good honest citizens paying attention and using their brains. Good thing they already had the theives. Otherwise it might have taken us a few more days to hear about it as you and your friend would have been grilled like burgers at a picnic in the cop shop.
