Hdd error: cannot unlock hdd

I have a 2,5 " hdd ( ibm hitachi travelstar ) qith this problem.

When I boot from it bios reports " error, cannot unlock hd" , if I boot from another hdd I cannot use the old one , it look like unformated.

I try ata password utility but it reposrt secure lock on, and if i try to remove this lock it doesn't do nothing !!!

Ho can i resolve ??????

Try making a DOS boot disk, then search the web for an Unlock (http://dos.rsvs.net/DOSPAGE/DOS_IC.HTM) DOS program.

The process seems to be fairly straightforward, though finding the unlock.exe command appears to be not quite as easy.
