Createive Zen Micro detection help

hello,

my cousin just bought a zen micro and he installed all the necessary software, but the program does not detect the zen micro when it is connected with a usb cable... anyone know what the problem might be?

my cousin just bought a zen micro and he...My cousin just asked me what a Zen Micro was, but I had no reply, as I had no clue. Thought it might be a microwave oven used during meditation. So I looked it up and found out it was some MP3 player. Now I know.

Please be more descriptive. You say it is not detected. Are you referring to detection Device Manger or the symbol on the desktop?
