Good morning guys can any one give me any information on what's going on with my computer. Here is the problem:

XP loads fine when my cable modem is not connected to my PC. But if I try to load XP when it is connected it just keeps restarting the computer.

If a load XP and then plug in the modem, everything works fine for about 1.5 minutes, then all of a sudden a get a think its dll error, msg21 and then it shuts down the computer a loads up all the way to the login of xp. when you try to log in the cycle just starts over.

Please help, thanks guys

I would say software modem driver problem.
You need to search on the internet for modem driver upgrade or find out if someone else has the same problem.

If you specify your modem data more people will be able to help you.

Yep, I agree with Esso, that sounds like a driver issue. Could you provide some more info on your Modem?
