Mac,
I have a DFI Ultra-D on the way (non-SLI) and a 2x1GB (OCZ4002048ELDCPE-K) on the way.
I am curious as to what speed you have seen these run at 3-3-3. I want to get the fsb as high as possable and I'll use the ratios to keep the memory happy. I am just looking for a ballpark estimate.

It really depends on the kit..some of those kits clocks like monsters as some kits are EB 4000 fails while some does 225-230 on average, but if you try 240 at 3-4-4-8 first and it passes, chances are that you can lower it to 3-3-3-8 as well. Only use 2.65-2.75 volts.

One more quesstion Mac.
The sticker on the memory says 2-3-2, the SPD programing is 2.5-3-2.
What is the deal? Just being safe? It makes it look funny.

The sole reason for that is that not all mainboards can boot straight to Cas 2 after a cmos reset. Thats why we program the ram to cas 2.5 instead. Just change it manually.
