MTgoat did SM32 grow a new CPU that folds 10 times faster than normal?

If he formatted the drive (or merely reinstalled the client) it will show up as a "new" CPU.
What's going on, mtgoat? :csimon:
Sometimes god steps in and give you WU's with high score, using the AMD processors.
p1152_L939_K12M_ext_from638 ........ ~ 152 ppd.
p2080_Abeta_4mer: ....................... ~190 ppd.
p2108_dk_villin_ddsa_aybabtu_run0 ... ~ 115 ppd.
p1481_tet_2nm .............................. ~ 398 ppd. (364 points)
Note,
Above results from WU's executing on Opteron 165@1,8 GHz per core, i.e. no OC.
So if we AMD folks would just get the p1481_tet_2nm,
then we will be able to spit out ~800 ppd or more. (using dual core) :)
Edit.
Updated the information (sorry again)
Here is the log from p1481_tet_2nm (I have received two such nice WU's since 20 February)

For AMD rigs you want the "deadlineless" Work Units. Your Opteron will make mincemeat of them.

Yes I have configured my AMD rigg to fold using "deadlineless" WUs (~152 ppd/core).
Without it I might get WUs like the p2106_lambda_5way_melt_4_10011 = 96.7 ppd.
Edit,
I think Sledge is on to something ...

Lets say I made minced meat of things while trying for more speed. :o
But after sorting things out I was successful in my efforts. I performed the operation last friday and ended up with one that wouldn't send after a repaair install but that didn't work and did a fresh install but kept the work folder so I didn't loose the ones I did. It will look right after a week passes. Speaking of passing. I guess SM33 won't get the chance to do that for a while.

Ha Ha Ha Ha!!!! ;D
And to think you have already upgraded once while I'm still with the original rig. I might have done a little modding. The board is on the brink of glowing in the dark from all the juice flowing through it. But I figure if I melt it I will just have to replace it. This my friend is Frankenstein Folding at its finest!

I just can't believe I was like 300 points behind you than all the sudden 1300 points :( I guess I have to push her a bit harder... I have her racking 9.34 point per hour :) might need to see if we can make it 10.00 :)

No no no. You never got to less than 600 points of SM32. So it wasn't as bad as you may have thought. You are working too much young grasshopper! You need to cleanse your spirit by watching Prime and myself eat dozens of pickeled eggs in front of you. Then and only then will you truely feel the power of the force. ;)
I will ask Brian to start a quadruple batch of eggs now so they reach maximum potency by the time of the LAN.
BTW
If you get too carried away the emissions of a powerful system will render you sterile. You are much too young for that. But I am past my prime and too old for more children. So I will venture where no man has gone before for both of us. :necro:

There are 2 different thoughts on this.
1. It is eggs and thus a Sauvignon Blanc (perferably in the Fume Blanc style) Like the offerings from Chateau St. Jean or Grgich Hills. Both are outstanding but excellent!
2. This is a spicy dish with robust flavouring so a nice Chianti or Zinfandel would work well too. I would need to try it both red and white to see come to think of it. ;)
PS
If you haven't noticed, Andrea Immer has nothing on me! :D

I really think the spicyness needs Spanada.

Did SMX 32 eat her Weaties or something 2 WU's in 9 hours?
No I don't think so (http://vspx27.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/main.py?qtype=userpage&username=SM32&teamnum=93)

I guess he is battling against the failing Stanford server, I'm not.
So I will gain on him, that if he doesn't have one trumph card up in his sleave
It's time for me too OC my Opteron-165 ....
I need one reachable goal.
