I had been planning to bring my notebook, but my wife is taking a 3-week trip to Wyoming (some Math conference or something) and I'm letting her take the notebook with her, so that she can play Oblivion while she's out there. So I really have no idea what rig I'll be bringing up to SM-LAN.

I'm bringing the same media center PC with a 19" CRT that I had last year.

Motherboard: Albatron PX915P PRO Socket T (LGA 775) Intel 915P ATX Intel
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 640 Prescott 800MHz FSB, 3.2 GHz, 2 MB L2 cache
CPU Cooler: Zalman copper boat anchor
Memory: 2.0 GB of Corsair XMS - PC3200
GPU: Radeon X800XL 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card
PSU: Zalman 400W
Case: Silverstone, Media Center style
HD: 160GB Samsung spinpoint
VGA: 19"

I might borrow my wife's LCD since the 19" VGA uses a lot of critical space. Alternately, I could buy an LCD for the LAN- it's cheaper than paying for a chiropractor....

I got a really nice viewsonic 17" with an 8ms response time and a DVI input for $200 from newegg about six months ago. I love it.

They sure are cheaper than they used to be :D

Yes, I agree. I like Newegg but TigerDirect's LCD prices are even lower, if you are ok with rebates. They have a 17" for $130 and a 19" for $150. I'll probably get one and replace the old 17" CRT that I have for the kid's computer.

My wife told me over the weekend that she will be taking her notebook and not mine to the conference. She's got some math programs installed on it that she might need to use. So I'll be brining my gaming notebook:

AMD64 3400+ (2.2GHz, 1MB L2)
Mobility Radeon 9600
60GB 7200RPM Travelstar (my upgrade)

Yay!
