Is this a bad result?

I used HD Tach To test my HDD and this is the result of it...hmmm is this kind of resullt bad?

btw...the test mode i use is *Long Bench (32MB Zones)*

CPU utilization is FAR too high (should be less than 5%), make sure the obvious things like DMA and such are turned on if it's an IDE drive.
