My wife said she was surfing the net and she tried to close a pop up and it installed something. I ran AVG, Spybot, Ad-Aware, Spy Sweeper & CWShredder. Found a trojan and some spyware. I thought I had it all cleaned out but my wife said we have not received any email since the infection so I checked a few settings and sent myself an email from my hotmail account which reported back a failed delivery status. I have since run Ewido anti-malware & BitDefender which is where I'm at now. Can someone please look at these log files and tell me if my PC is clean? Thanks.

Can you please do the following.

===============

Scan with HiJackThis, then check(tick) the following, if present:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName =

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{187D7560-CBF7-4B59-A67F-9784DB4B0F70}: NameServer = 85.255.116.103,85.255.112.185
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{661727EA-46C3-4E65-AA61-1C5792F809A5}: NameServer = 85.255.116.103,85.255.112.185
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{97208E27-0DA2-4290-A18F-7ECB7F57E755}: NameServer = 85.255.116.103,85.255.112.185
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{9C94B5C2-58E7-4F6B-82F8-5E72BE1CB832}: NameServer = 85.255.116.103,85.255.112.185
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{9DD2C24F-68D6-495D-860E-922D54DAD819}: NameServer = 85.255.116.103,85.255.112.185
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{C07A35AF-507F-4445-B993-F20F58B53F50}: NameServer = 85.255.116.103,85.255.112.185
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\..\{187D7560-CBF7-4B59-A67F-9784DB4B0F70}: NameServer = 85.255.116.103,85.255.112.185
...(Verify that these ip addresses are for your isp's DNS Servers, if so, don't 'fix' these.)

Now, close all instances of Internet Explorer and any other windows you have open except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

===============

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://swandog46.geekstogo.com/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log please.

I should also mention that my email is now working so you've made my wife happy. We live in the Arctic so email is very important to her and she would be lost without it.

There should be more to the log than what you posted. Looks like you may have cut some of it off. If your pc is going ok though, I wouldn't worry :).
