Well thats all the pics for now. We had approx 120 ppl in attendance about 75 for comps and 45 for xbox and halo 2. We had 6 xbox's on projectors. And yeah. Sound wise we had about 2000 watts worth of speakers in there, and it was thunpin nonstop. We are hostign another lan in June so if your on the WestCoast i highly reccomend you check out the info page at www.biohazardtechnology.com/summer

What the hell is this "XBoX at a LAN" thing? The tradition is tainted.

Actually, I think SMLAN is one of the few LAN parties that does not include consoles. We see Xboxes and 'Cubes at LANWAR (www.lanwar.com) everytime now, and any pics I see of other parties almost always include consoles being played on a projector.

I have never been to a Lan party unfortunately. Kinda hard to do out in the country.

I think it's strange that you guys had speakers there... didn't they interfere with each other?

Well,we had some big speakers and a sub hooked up to music that we had playing throughout the lan.

And the xbox's went really well.

I never understood why people who had computers capable of playing proper FPS games with mouse and keyboard would play Halo.

Then again, Goldeneye is still awesome, so maybe I'm a flaming hypocrite ;D
