Hi jimbo1406

Are you sure that you unzipped everything from smitfraudfix.zip to desktop?
Please try that again.

If that doesn't work, maybe Norton catches process.exe and deletes it. Did you get any warning by Norton about that file?

In that case:

1) Please disconnect from Internet (unplug network cable)
2) Shutdown Norton AntiVirus
3) Try to run smitfraudfix.cmd again
4) Start Norton AntiVirus
5) Re-connect to Internet

And tell me if that worked :)

Hi jimbo1406

Please do this that I see whether or not you´re clean:

Download SmitfraudFix.zip to your desktop -> http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip

Unzip it (folder named SmitFraudFix) to your desktop:

Open the folder SmitfraudFix and doubleclick smitfraudfix.cmd
Choose option #1 - Search by typing 1 and pressing "Enter"; a textfile opens and lists the infected files (if those exist)

Post the contents of this textfile to here.

(Some antiviruses recognises process.exe as a malware. It is not malware, it is a program that stops processes)
