Phone Dialer Help

Hello everyone,

I am using Phone Dialer to make/recieve a phone call.
Anyone knows:

Why i am not noticed when the incoming calls arrive although Phone dialer is opened and minimize in taskbar

isnt that an app that used to come with windows 95/98???


I remember seeing it when i had those two oses, it was a small little app that you could find the /windows directory, also i think in the start menu/accessories area.

I dont really know much about that program though, sorry.

if he is useing that old of an os, its still not that bad, had family pictures taken yesterday, and they were using a dos system...
